thanks to all of You for the excellent communication from the beginning...when to bring it in, the comms explaining what was discovered by the technicians, my choices, & agreeing to my decisions concerning the "fixes" The offer of a pick-up at my house made it much easier for me to get there Overall, the entire staff I came into
