About nine months ago or so, we called your company to come to our home and service our AC. They did and all was great. We also had to call them to service the plumbing in our shower. Once again they did and all was great. At both times of service, they offered a maintenance service plan for a once/twice a year check-up for our A/C or Heater at a minimal cost. We finally decided to go ahead and get this plan. Forward to present day..... This is where I am so pleased ! We completely forgot about the service plan which was purchased. They called us!! They came out, inspected and gave suggestions to make out home more A/C, Heater, efficient. While in the attic, they also noticed a concern which they showed us for something completely unrelated to the A/C or Heater. The technician was very neat, orderly and patient with answering questions, taking whatever time was needed to do the job thoroughly.
