I have been a costumer for years and for the most part I have been treated as a good costumer. always given an upgrade clean and reliable cars. but the last few months I fell like a number, problems with upgrades and when I ask to use my points I get from the staff they don’t know how points work I will have to call. Not my idea of customer service. I could go to another rental place not sure yet if I will. Scot Duncan 46ww3kf
