I rent vehicles from National on a regular basis. The Service I get at the Houston Hobby airport is fantastic. I usually rent every 3 weeks or so when I travel to Houston on business. There is personalized service because I'm there so frequently but I see how the employees in that location handle other customers and everyone is treated respectfully. The only complaint I have is when I travel to Houston on a Tuesday and I have a vehicle reserved, upon my arrival to the National lot there are NO vehicles ready. Sometimes there is a 20-30 minute wait for vehicles. This is unacceptable because it pushes business travelers behind on their schedule. When I travel I have limited time in my offices so I need to have a vehicle ready for me when I get there. I've altered my travel to arrive on Monday now to avoid the wait but I should not have to do that. If a vehicle is reserved, it should be waiting for me. Other than that, customer service is exceptional, especially from two of the ladies working in the lot, one is named Sandra and she goes out of her way for me.
