David Renault and the McCullough Team were by far the most professional of all four vendors that I bid on my job. David was so thorough in his original walk through of my home that it made all the other qualified vendors look like novices.
I had a 15 year old 5 AC unit system completely replaced by a more efficient 4 unit system. David took the time to explain and diagram how the 4 unit system would work as well as a 5, and at much less cost. No other vendor had done that. Once the team showed up for the install they worked liked beasts for days to install my system, in over 100 degree heat, and always maintained a positive attitude. Never once complained. I was extremely impressed with their work ethic, cleanliness, and efficiency.
David and his fellow inspectors toured my house for inspections multiple times before, during, and after the install. They also handled both my Austin Energy and Gas Company rebate/incentive paperwork, and personally walked each city inspector through my house for all final permit approvals. I can say with certainty I've never experienced such professionalism from any home vendor in over 25 years of home ownership. I can't recommend McCollough highly enough. They are by far the best I've worked with, and while they may be a tad higher in price than other vendors, they MORE than make up for it in customer service. 5 stars for the entire team. Especially David and Diane.
Once you do the due diligence of multiple vendor bids yourself, it will be crystal clear to you why you should hire McCollough. You won't be disappointed!
