When the brake on my car doesn't work as quick as it should be, I contacted this company and make an appointment to come by during my lunch break from work at 12:00 AM. When i arrived there, there wasn't anyone in their shop. I see two or three cars being worked on but there's was absolutely no one there. I was thinking that maybe they're on their lunch break so I blow the horn on one of the car. There wasn't anybody come by. So I called the guy I talked to yesterday, and he said that he will be there soon. It was 12:18. When he was there, I only have thrity minutes until I have to go back to work, so I tell him that my brake isn't right and if he can take a look at it and be done under thirty minutes, then he should, otherwise, I'll have to reschedule. He reply that it'll only be ten minutes. Well, not quite. It took him 23 minutes to examine my car and figure out the problem. It wasn't like he promised.
