I have purchased two vehicles from Heritage in the recent past. After registering an official complaint with the BBB, Heritage told me that there ""twelve other Dodge dealerships closer to my residence than the Heritage store in Owings Mills"" implying I should have never bothered to come to their store. Funny how when I came to buy the vehicles they didn't turn me away or mention that there are 12 other dealerships closer to where I live in PA. And, that only now after I express my issues in a formal context I am told I should have stayed in PA to buy a car. I am sure those 12 Dodge dealerships in Harrisburg, PA will be happy to read this posting. Anyway, I would like to remind Hertiage that I used USAA's car buying program via True Cars. That is why I came to your dealership from PA. If you are a USAA member in PA, it is my opinion that you will be further ahead by staying in PA when buying your next vehicle. \r

If my perception is incorrect, I welcome a response from Heritage explaining exactly what they meant by ""12 other dealers closer to where I live in PA.""
