My family had a horse scheduled to be shipped from Illinois to Maine, but when we tried to confirm the date, a female (Mike's wife?) was rude to my daughter, "find someone else", and hung the phone up on her. The reason this person was angry is that both my daughters and I had been calling Mike trying to firm up the date!!! (He would not call anyone us back.) Annnndddd, this is after my daughter paid him $2800.00 4 years ago to transport her filly from Maine to California!!! Wow! guess he doesn't really need anyone's business!
