I would NOT recommend this company to anyone! I had an issue with my wall oven and a tech spent over an hour at my house. He notified me that I needed a computer board that would cost approximately $450. I paid him the service fee of $50 and started making calls to various other repair companies/appliance stores to check prices on new ovens. I had Integrity Appliance come in to look at the oven for a second opinion and the technician literally spent 1-2 minutes looking at the control panel and pressed a couple of buttons. Well, he fixed the problem. I was shocked and disappointed at the tech's lack of knowledge re the oven. I then called them to let them know about this issue and asked for a refund on the service call due to the incorrect diagnosis. The office manager refused to budge, despite the incompetence of their technician. I'm glad I listened to my intuition and found Integrity Appliance or I would be out hundreds of dollars, otherwise!
