Review content:
I was so excited to have a dentist in Bastrop that accepted my dental insurance. I went in for a cleaning, stayed in the office for over 4 hours, ended up with a crown and a bridge instead. I now have a finance bill for almost $3k and they are still billing me over $1k for something that is not even covered!!! My insurance carrier advised that Castle NEVER called for a pre authorization or approval or they would have found out before they made me finance MY portion and put this thing in my mouth. Which, by the way, fell out 3 times and is still crooked. The X ray tech was a student and it took almost an hour to get x rays. I could go on and on about the incompetency at this office and the fact that all they want to do is everything that costs a lot more than a cleaning!! Don't go there. There are over 15 reviews of Castle Dental, why didn't I read them BEFORE I went in to save some money.....
