Several years ago I went to another Castle Dental location and the dentist was rude and unprofessional. Now several years later I figure maybe it was just the dentist at that location so I go to anther location and very big mistake. This time they extra xrays that cost me over a hundred dollars, becasue the insurance did not the extra xrays. I was not told this upfront, but after I came back the next week for my cleaning. I did ask them when I called to make the appointment and again when I arrived to verify my out of pocket amount. I was lied to in order to get me to stay and then billed for a huge amount that my insurance did not cover. Now I know not to go to any Castle Dental ever again because one way or another they will find a way to scam the patients. Once again I warn everyone not to go to a Castle Dental ever.
