Review content:
I recently just purchased a 2013 Tacoma from Kevin Kuran at Burien Toyota Scion. I had been shopping for a specific Tacoma, searching all over the entire west coast for the model I wanted. Kevin was very professional, responsive by email and phone throughout the entire buying process, and definitely believes in customer service. \r \r While doing my homework, I must have called around 50 Toyota dealers along the west coast, including visiting many local dealers. My first talk with Kevin by phone, he informed me they had what I wanted and quoted me an amazing price! I later called him back to tell him I wanted to start the paperwork. There must have been some mis-communication because the price I believed I was quoted went up the second time I talked to him. I was immediately disappointed as I had just experienced two other dealers who bait and switched at the last moment on the price. I informed Kevin that I was no longer interested and explained to him what I believed was going on. Kevin was very professional and explained that he felt there was mis-communication, and that their dealership is based on values and customer service. So to smooth things over, he offered an even better price than what I was believed to be quoted the first time!\r \r Kevin took the time to explain things and always return phone messages and respond to emails. He also helped with the carrier who picked up my truck to transport it to California.\r \r I appreciate the hard work and professionalism Kevin expresses to his customers, and would recommend anyone to seek Kevin if in the market for a new Toyota.\r \r Thanks Kevin!
