Review content:
Horrible place to live; lived here almost a year and cannot wait to get out of here. From the beginning all employees have been unhelpful and unprofessional. The day we were supposed to move in the air-conditioner was frozen, granted that happens from time to time; however should have been checked before the move in date (it smelled like it was frozen for days). When I informed the front office they said ?oh it?s probable just a leak that?s normal? it took three trips to the front office to even get them to have maintenance check the air conditioner. Aside from that we were told that we would have a parking spot close to the apartment when I parked my car there the neighbor said that was her apartment I mentioned to her that our contract states that parking space #. Later that week we both ended up going to the office and they told me ?oh your parking spot is actually another one (twice as far as the first one) this made me very upset because we had chosen this specific apart
