Review content:
While Dr. Thotakura was very nice and made my daughter feel at ease during appointments, I cannot give a good review due to the fact after almost a year and multiple records requests (including one made in person after flying back to Huntsville from California) his clinic has not sent my daughters medical records and shot records to our new doctor in California. This seems to indicate a unacceptable level of incompetence in his staff, and I do not feel anyone should have their medical information handled by someone who can't keep track of the records.
