Tammy, I wanted to thank you and Advent for the professional job you did on selling and installing a new heater and AC unit in my home.\r Jeff was very professional in explaining the process and what was needed for the project. After I made the decision to have both installed ( I was leaning toward just having the AC unit replaced) he told me that I had made the best decision to do both and that it would improve my investment in my home. I could tell that he was happy I made the right decision.\r Miguel and his assistant Omar did a great job. When they finished Miguel walked me through everything that he had done. I could tell that he was very proud of his work and he encouraged me to get the extended warranty on the labor so that the unit he worked so masterfully to install to perfection was properly taken care of.
