Review content:
BEWARE! Heart of Texas does not have business liability insurance so if they damage your couch, steal a necklace or crash through your window YOU have to pay for it! They showed up 2 hrs late, which was fine.....upcharged 40% from original quote, which was fine.....ruined my living room couch and does not have insurance to cover the damage. Ryan admitted it was his dirty, glisten cleaner splashed all over our living room couch. His insurance agent explained he only carries insurance on his 2 personal use vehicles and his home, no business insurance. His agent suggested we have our homeowners sue Ryan and Heart of Texas for the $1400 it cost to recover the couch.
