Businiess name:  Banfield Pet Hospital - Theresa Austin, DVM

Review content:
In my experience, Banfield offers decent basic healthcare for your pets. However, when it comes to unique needs of pets (such as allergies, as in my pet's case), they blanch. I took my cat to Banfield to be vaccinated and have regular check-ups several times before her allergy situation arose. Bills were normal for the area for vaccinations, etc. When my cat's allergy situation arose, I was presented with a vet who had zero bedside manner. When asked their opinion, they offered to do many expensive tests and gave no other options. I love my pet, but am not willing to spend thousands a month on her - I explained this to the vet, but was not given any other option. At that point, I sought a second opinion and found a suitable, less expensive option for my pet's allergies. I was/am discouraged that Banfield did not offer these options and that the vet would not discuss the issue in full with me. Instead, I feel I was treated condescendingly and, as I stated before, no bedside man
