Koko is a horrible company with rude management. If you sign their contract, you better mark your renewal date all over the place because KOKO will do nothing to warn you it is nearing. And if you do miss it, there is zero compassion or williness to work with you. It's impossible to go to higher management because they will not release that info. Please do your research when considering jointing KOKO and pick another gym!
