The service at Carpet Super Mart is top-notch. I have heard this from tons of their other customers. They do an excellent job of serving the customer in the sales process. That isn't unusual in itself, but the thorough followup they do definitely is. From making the installation appointment, to coming out and doing the installation, Carpet Super Mart remains prompt, professional, and able to get the job done. I work with many of their customers and hear from them directly just how satisfied they are. Some of them drag me into their houses because they want me to see what Carpet Super Mart has done for them!
