To make sure everyone has a good time. Our longevity as a karaoke club should speak for itself. Our goal is for everyone to have a pleasant time whether you are a good singer or not. However, even though, we are very pro active, there are some customers that you can't make happy, no matter how hard you try. For example, a reservation for a certain number of people, doesn't mean you can invite 20 or 30 extra, just because you already have a table. Then get upset that we won't allow your other guest to come in. Same thing applies for our dress code, our age demographics are from 21 to 80s, so we want to make sure that all guest are dressed accordingly. If an exception is made for one, then I know I'm going to be called out for it by someone else. I can go on and go, but I think I've made my point. Thank you.
