Went back on his word!. Before we met for the first time I waited an hour. He was recommended to me so I assumed he was very popular and busy so I waited for the appointment. I appreciated his dialogue once we met and accepted his recommendation for new meds. On the second appointment I was 10 minutes late and he abruptly screamed at me in front of another patient ""you have 30 days!"" His reason was that I came late and used some lame excuse that he did not think our personalities would match. Any true professional will set personality differences aside and focus fully on client-centered recovery. He was so mad, and I tried to call, but there phones were closed.\r \r We agreed that he would fill the new meds 30 days, and he referred me to a new DR. Not only was his referral unavailable for new patients, he discontinued ALL of my meds, new and old, and I was left scrambling to have my internal doctor fill the prescriptions for me. I will be visiting Dr. Malik on Ballas Road now instead.
