Dr. Webster and his amazing staff genuinely care! – We decided to bring our cat in for a check up because he was exhibiting some symptoms of diabetes. First of all, he's pretty jittery and nervous so that was a concern...and I didn't want to take him to Banfield (which is also close by) because of a previous bad experience with our other cat. Not to mention, I really, really hate their conveyor-belt-style, money-generating-at-whatever-cost methods.\r

So, I remembered a recommendation from a local about Koy Animal Clinic, looked them up on the internet, liked what I saw, called them up, and the cat was seen the same day. Helped us the second we walked in, and results back in 20 minutes. Impressive!\r

Bottom line: After this initial visit, I will have no qualms about bringing my ""kids"" to them in the future. They really do give a damn, and are not about dipping into your wallet. Dr. Webster is smart as heck and really knows what he is doing. No B.S. Trust his advice. Gentle handling and gentle care from all staff members.
