I LOVE KOY ANIMAL CLINIC! I moved to town about a year ago, with a very high maintenance diabetic dog. Dr. Webster and Dr. Hensley have both managed his case. Both are very friendly and very knowledgeable. The front desk always greats us with more than just a ""Hi."" They make a point to come around and interact with me and my dog. \r I couldn't help but notice that two of the negative reviews were from the same person, over a year ago, so I hope this alone won't keep you from trying their clinic. They really are caring, informative, helpful, and so friendly. I recommend them to everyone! more

Amazing! – Koy Animal Clinic is definitely the best veterinarian clinic in Georgetown. Everyone on the staff takes excellent care of my 2 dogs every time I come in. Just about every veterinarian they have on staff has seen my dogs at one point, and every one of them was extremely knowledgeable, and took every question I had seriously. I highly recommend taking your pets here. more

Great care and service – We are relatively new to the Georgetown area and needed a vet for our two cats. Since we did not know of a vet in this area I turned to the internet. I'll admit, some of the reviews weren't great, but my neighbor's couldn't say enough great things about Dr. Webster and his staff, so I gave them a try. I can say now after my experience at Koy Animal Clinic that I would highly recommend Dr. Webster. He and his assistants were professional, knowledgeable, and caring. They did not rush us in and out. They took a genuine interest to help provide care for our cats. They were all so friendly!\r \r If you are looking for the right vet and it is important to you that the vet is professional, caring, and an expert in veterinarian medicine then I highly recommend Dr. Webster and his wonderful staff! more

Dr. Webster and his amazing staff genuinely care! – We decided to bring our cat in for a check up because he was exhibiting some symptoms of diabetes. First of all, he's pretty jittery and nervous so that was a concern...and I didn't want to take him to Banfield (which is also close by) because of a previous bad experience with our other cat. Not to mention, I really, really hate their conveyor-belt-style, money-generating-at-whatever-cost methods.\r \r So, I remembered a recommendation from a local about Koy Animal Clinic, looked them up on the internet, liked what I saw, called them up, and the cat was seen the same day. Helped us the second we walked in, and results back in 20 minutes. Impressive!\r \r Bottom line: After this initial visit, I will have no qualms about bringing my ""kids"" to them in the future. They really do give a damn, and are not about dipping into your wallet. Dr. Webster is smart as heck and really knows what he is doing. No B.S. Trust his advice. Gentle handling and gentle care from all staff members. more

The people at this location are rude and do not at all seem to care about the wellfair of the animals. Very disgusted with one women in particular who was very rough and even slapped the top of my cat's head when he wouldn't come out of the cat carrier. I had an ailing cat that had thyroid disease and was going to have to be put down. The female Vet working there was so cold and unfeeling when we were discussing the options she received a text and stopped talking to text back. Horrible place and horrible people. more

Great Vets & Techs...weak front office 4/11/2008

Dr. Koy & Dr. Webster are awesome!!! I don't believe you can find better. Our family is very fortunate to have had our pet in there care...is the the only reason we still have our pet with us. ""Most"" of the tech are knowledgable, caring and can be quite pet wacky at times. The trade-off for outstanding care... Pros: Dr. Koy & Dr. Webster Cons: Front Office Staff more

Dr. Webster and Koy Animal Clinic 4/5/2008

I have three years experience with Dr. Webster and Koy Animal Clinic. During those three years the staff has been courteous, helpful and skilled. I highly endorse Dr. Robert Webster who has demonstrated care the animals along with a being a very talented vet with an attitude to do whatever it takes to offer the best care to the animals. He is resourceful and up to date on the newest technology and research in his field. Pros: Always make time to be seen during emergency. Cons: No Cons. more

I've had to find a new vet 2/2/2008

I have been taking my dog to Dr Koy's clinic for close to 10 years. The vet he normally saw is no longer there, so he saw Dr Pederson instead. Dr Pederson obviously didn't like me, and she made no effort to hide that fact. But what I found upsetting was the fact she took her dislike out on my dog. During a routine examination, she made my dog cry performing procedures that are not normally painful. If I hadn't seen it myself, I wouldn't have believed that a professional veterinarian would be so cruel and callous as to hurt an animal, simply to ""send a message"" to it's owner. Pros: Office staff Cons: Dr Pederson more

Poor customer service 1/25/2008

I never got a chance to visit this vet because when I tried to make an appointment, they said that my 11 week old puppy not being able to urinate was not serious enough for an emergency visit, and that I could wait 4 days until their next opening. I then called the Northwest Animal Clinic right down the street and got in immediately. Go there instead!! Pros: NONE! Cons: They don't care about your pet more

Dr. Webster is professional, his staff is not. 10/22/2007

I took my border collie to Koy Animal Clinic as she was having urinary tract issues causing licking, chewing and dragging. I saw three of their vets on three occasions. Each vet had something different to offer but no one helped my dog. I was left to wait over an hour the first two appointments and treated poorly by the front desk staff. Dr. Webster is a polite and knowedgable vet. He referred me to a specialist upon my last visit. The specialist has found a succesful treatent for my dog. I would recommend Dr. Webster if he worked with a different staff. Pros: Dr. Webster is professional Cons: Rude Front Dest Staff, Appointment Confusion more

Great Doctor and Staff -- Truly Loves Animals 7/27/2007

We have been taking our 3 animals to Dr. Koy since we moved here in 1998. We truly love him! He has always been thorough, honest, friendly, professional and caring. When I joined the Austin German Shepherd Rescue, I recommended him and we now use him as needed for rescue dogs. You would not be disappointed with Dr. Koy and his staff. Pros: Friendly/Genuine care for animals/Thorough/Honest more

Great customer service, clean environment, doctors and staff really care about animals 2/18/2007

I just moved to Georgetown, and in getting recommendations from neighbors, Dr. Koy's name came up several times. I decided to take my two dogs there, and am glad I did. The office is easy to find, and they have good parking. There is a nice area to walk your pets before the exam, and the waiting room is clean and roomy so you don't have to sit with your pet too close to other animals. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the exam room was clean. I didn't have to wait long at all, which is a real blessing when you are trying to control two big dogs! Dr. Koy listened to my needs for my dogs and recommended a helpful medicine for heartworm and fleas, and they even gave me a discount on it. It was obvious to me that Dr. Koy and his staff love animals. Pros: Great customer service, knowledgeable doctor, clean, staff cares about animals more

Wonderful vet 6/2/2006

I really liked Dr. Koy's down to earth honesty. He is highly knowledgeable, friendly, good with even my drama queen dog, and best of all his prices are highly reasonable! I can't say enough good things about Dr. Koy and his clinic. Pros: price is reasonable, very knowledgeable, Dr. Koy's personality more
