STAY AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE!!\r

This has got to be the absolute worst service provider I have ever dealt with in the course of renovations -- and I have renovated a number of houses and apartments. It's almost as if they sit around trying to figure out how to deliver the WORST POSSIBLE SERVICE IMAGINABLE. This company represents information failure -- there is simply no reason for its continued existence. And its workers should either get out of any line of work that ever requires interaction with a customer or go through serious re-training. \r

What is just awful is that both IKEA and its general contractor, Signature Services, know that BLOCKTOPS is AWFUL. In fact, they both told me that they don't like dealing with BLOCKTOPS at all.\r
