I had the worst service from the front desk here and have painfully decided after years of loyalty to stop bringing my babies here. You can get a good vet all over the city but a whole package- good vet and good front desk and tech customer service- is not what you'll find here. Even most other good reviews of this place say the same- good vet bad receptionist.... funny enough, when I told my neighbor what happened, he said that was the reason he stopped going to Dr. Martin too! I wonder how many clients he has lost because of those people? Word of advice, if you want people to keep bringing their beloved pets to you, GET RID OF THOSE RUDE NEGATIVE WOMEN IN THE OFFICE!!!!!
