AVOID. BIGGEST SCAM ARTISTS! They brought a truck that was too small to complete the job and understaffed it as well. They couldn't fit all of our belongings and the job required two trips. They told us they called ""Juan"" to get two more guys and a truck to our house and then never showed up. They refused to make the additional trips and collected an additional $110 for gas, which was included in our flat fee. The movers reported to the company that additional trips were rejected by us, when we expressly asked for them. Not to mention Nicole Patrick, the manager, was extremely rude and non apologetic about the partial work done and the fact that we were swindled by her employees and the company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!
