would not recommend this place at all and I am only giving 1 star as I could not give 0. I went to Paper Chase 2x times to try to purchase window treatment for my entire house; but both days I was rushed out of the doctor. The first because some other client and the salesperson was quick to tell me to return some other day as I should go home and check my wall colors to ensure I would get proper color for shutters. One the second day, she was going to an appointment and no one else in the store had any interest in speaking with me. So after witnessing the two ladies argue that one had to leave home and the other had to go to an appointment I had 5 minutes attention and was once again quickly dismissed. I am never coming back... I suggest you do the same as they will not have time for you. Ah, after I left this place I went to the competitor and spend USD 9,600 in window treatment. They lost a big sale...
