Let me start off by telling you NOT to go here! They have the worst service! First of all, there is no system here whatsoever. The host does not do her job so the manicurists end up taking whoever is sitting the closest to them...not bothering to ask who is next in line. There were ppl who came in after me who got served first and I wasn't the only one complaining about this. After making an issue of this to the host, she told me that the next manicurist would be with me which was a complete lie. They made me wait another 30 minutes and by that time, I was soo frustrated that I walked out.
Word of advice - their 2 stores on 8th Ave are worth going to.
