Review content:
I stopped by Fred Haas Toyota World (not to be confused with Fred Haas Toyota Country) and was greeted by Tony Urbina. I told him that I was looking for a used Camry and he directed me to what was available. He was very well informed as to the features, as well as the design differences, between model years as well as versions, pointing out various features as we did a walk around. We went inside the dealership and Tony did an inventory search which permitted me an at-a-glance view of various particulars such as mileage and asking price, as well as car fax details. This was a very useful and efficient process because it provided on-the-spot comparisons. I believe it enhanced both the buying and selling experience by narrowing possibilities; I was not going to buy something I could not afford, and Tony was not placed in the position of attempting to sell me something I could not or would not buy. After I expressed an interest in a particular car, I was allowed to look things over at my leisure. Tony and I went for a test drive during which there was no pressure to buy and I was simply allowed to get a feel for the car, ask questions and explore the features. We talked price; none of these tactics of having the customer sit for eons by using stall tactics in order to pressure them into buying; and today I left the dealership with a 2011 Camry LE.Speaking of pricing; I feel I got a pretty good deal. I looked over various Camry s at other dealerships within a four hour radius of my home, and feel I did a pretty thorough research before I even went shopping. Furthermore, I am not afraid to walk out the door, and Fred Haas and Tony were the ones who gained my business. I imagine that may speak for itself. So, if you wish to buy a car from a dealership with a great inventory, fair pricing, a cut and dry and efficient sales process, and a friendly and professional staff, I recommend Fred Haas Toyota World in Spring, Texas. Be sure to ask for Tony Urbina ~ he s a great guy, very well informed, and a total pleasure to do business with.
