Dr Ridge and his staff are competent and caring. We have been going to the emergency clinic with our pets for 20 years and have found quality care for our animals there. Our dog Sissy is there now with kidney failure and Dr. Ridge was informative and supportive. He explains everything. The prices at St Francis are fair and much less expensive than some other clinics where we have taken our pets and the care was not nearly as good. They may have nicer surroundings but the quality of care was less. I won't mention any names. Pet care is expensive and when it is an emergency it can be VERY expensive because so much more has to be done. We have always been happy with Dr Ridge and his staff even when the outcome of the visit was sad. The fact is that we outlive our pets and it's worse for them when we don't.
