Review content:
I went to get tires rotated and balanced and my oil changed. They seemed just okay - nothing stuck out as particularly noteworthy about the process but nothing bad either so I took another car there the next day for the same services. I didn't realize that I had a problem until I got on the freeway going over 55 mph and my car shook so badly that I had to pull over to the side of the road because I felt like I may lose control. When I took it back to this place they said that the tires hadn't been balanced. So supposedly they balanced them but the vibration continued. Then the other car exhibited viberating issues at a higher rate of speed. I'll be taking both of these cars to another establishment to try and get these issues corrected. With such shoddy workmanship I'm wondering when my engine(s) are going to blow up (because of a bad oil change.) I wouldn't recommend going there - I mean how can you forget to balance tires on two different cars within a two day period?
