I couldn't be more pleased with the attention I received, and the car that I bought (CRV)! Every step of the way, the transaction was efficient, professional, friendly, responsive, and fun. I could tell this was a family-run operation that prides itself on creating a work environment where employees take ownership of their work and want to do a good job. The General Manager, AJ Patterson, and my sales rep, Mark Hugret, were responsive and addressed my questions and concerns immediately. Mark went above and beyond the call of duty, and showed great flexibility. (He even drove the car I was CONSIDERING buying to ME so I could see the color!). The business office handled the paperwork promptly, and out the door I went. I thank EVERYONE at SF Honda who was involved in my transaction, and I would strongly recommend purchasing a car from SF Honda.
