BAIT & SWITCH DEALERSHIP - AVOID\r I would never do business with this dealership again, not even to get an oil change. We were told several times that Mike McDonald, the sales manager, approved $24,000 for our trade-in on a 2012 Sierra truck. After 3 days in the dealership, and multiple conversations where Mike McDonald evaded direct questions, we were only given $22,000 for our trade buried in our contract, on one little line. We were never shown a written appraisal sheet and nobody ever went over the numbers that fed a monthly payment on a lease with us, although we asked them for it several times. We went by their word that they were giving us $24k for the trade. We were told that multiple times. It turns out their word was a big, fat lie. They now have our black 2012 Sierra Extended Cab, fully loaded truck with only 12,000 miles, for sale on their lot for $31,900. Between the trade-in and the price of the Terrain we leased, they will make about $5000-7000 off of our deal. They refuse to rewrite the deal with the correct numbers or give us $2000 back. \r \r We were ripped off and lied to. This dealership uses the old ""bait and switch"" technique. They bait you to come back in, and then switch the numbers. The sales manager, Mike McDonald, will talk to you all day if you want, and in essence - really tell you nothing. To quote Mike, he's ""the master"". Dealerships are generally shady, but Conley Buick GMC takes the cake. Do yourself a favor and either don't do business here, or make sure everything little thing they say is in writing in your hot little hands. Don't take their word on anything, not even on a rebuttal to this review.
