Review content:
Dr. Ross listened to my concerns very well, but then rushed through my full body exam and mole check, not telling me WHY moles I thought seemed suspicious weren't. Now I don't know when to come in next. I feel like she listened, or at least heard what I said, but didn't teach me about moles that would be suspicious for cancer as I had inquired about. The front office staff is not very warm. I know that this is not the most important thing in a visit, but it certainly makes a difference. I have worked in customer service my entire life and now as an RN believe that secretaries have just as much importance in patient and family care as we clinicians do. A smile means a lot. Pros: clean environment, Dr. Ross listens to concerns Cons: rushes through a complete body exam, office staff rude
