I attempted to change a light bulb in a fixture above our stairs approximately 25' straight up. The glass part of the bulb separated from the metal portion and left the metal in the fixture. It was hopelessly stuck for an amateur.\r

I called Church Services. They dispatched Jose O. to the rescue. He managed to position a 28' extension ladder perpendicular to the staircase from the ground floor to access the fixture... and took special care not to damage the walls during the process. Very ingenious! It took a good 15 minutes of persistence at the top of the ladder just to extract the metal portion.\r

I have done business with Church Services for years, have never been disappointed, and have and will continue to recommend them, even to my personal friends.
