Our 21 year old air conditioner was not working well. We called Prestige Plumbing and their repair
man came out that day. We explained that we did not have the money to replace it at this time and
if it could be fixed, that is what we wanted to do. They went over the entire unit inside and outside our home. They were able to fix the unit, and explained everything that was wrong with it. They sent us a written quote to have our old unit replaced when we were ready. The quote included different efficiency models and the cost to do the each separately or joint. There was no high pressure sale, and they gladly fixed our old unit. Because of their professionalism, we signed up for their tri-annual service agreement which was very reasonable. This will enable us to keep the air conditioner and furnace until we are able to replace it. We are past plumbing customers and will continue to use Prestige Plumbing for all our plumbing, heating and air-conditioning needs!
