Review content:
After driving 11 hrs, I was jammed-up beyond comprehension. Hips were a mess, quads & hamstrings were as tight as piano wire, plus aching knees & calves. 2 hr session with Michelle had me walking properly again, with dramatically less pain. Another 90 minutes later this week for a tune-up will get me ready for another long drive.....
