I have brought multiple pets here (two dogs and 9 cats). The staff is kind, the doctors are knowledgeable. However, I have left at times feeling over charged. The doctors are just doing their job to try and get a larger overall picture, I do understand and appreciate their thoroughness though. I have brought in 9 cats (mine and relatives) one time I tried using a coupon , they would not honor it. geez, I am bringing them so much business, and the question was if the kitten was past his 4-6 week age as the coupon said...give me a break! one of my kittens got sick.. after many test they could not figure out what it was, they told me to check my boy in to a overnight hospital...$700 later i put a stop to it and took him home...he is fine now (my only cat now that fetches! haa) .. well after 11 spays and neuters, 11 annual screenings, and one costly emergency...I am forced to take my babies to Rigsby Vet Clinic not because I am not satisfied but because I am not rich, and need someth
