I've been going to day spas for the past 20 years. While I've been to just about every high-profile day spa in Chicago, I must say I was pleasantly surprised when I went to Skin Quotient. From the outside, it looks pretty simple but once you walk in, its just beautiful. The colors are warm and soothing. The staff greeted me right away and thanked me for coming. I was impressed with the depth of knowledge that my esthetician had about acne/rosecea. I found out that she actually specializes in acne and rosacea and she also performed a very detailed nutritional assessment in addition to the computer skin scan. I have never had a skincare experience like this before--the attention to detail was outstanding. After my facial, I received a Free make-up session. The esthetician blended my foundation and made a custom eyeshadow for me based on a sample of a eyeshadow that I had from another company. I also received a massage and it was heavenly. The rooms were large and not tiny, like most. The beds were warm and cushy. I was extremely impressed with the level of personalized service at this place. Finally, I must say the products I bought are great. I usually do not buy products on the first visit but the esthetician was so knowledgeable and she did not try to hard sell any products to me. I love this place and will defintely be back.
