When dealing with this company I found that they can not be trusted. My experience showed that KPL Select was neither cooperative or attentive to complaints of a property they manage, their own property no less! Moral and professional integrity, as well as accountability are definitely something I look for when considering a company, no matter the service, and this company failed in their own duties based on my experience and dealings with them. For me, when a person/customer/client requests to speak with a responsible, one would hope not to be met with exaggerated aggression or ignored as that solves nothing and often accelerates a complaint and violation from bad to worse. I had to seek alternative resolve and Public records reveal that this management company was cited by the city for violations on a property they manage in Los Angeles County. (Thank goodness Public records are available to us.) Based on my knowledge and experience with the company, I would not recommend working with KPL Select at all.
