Review content:
I brought my handbag to be repaired. Small portion of the leather handles was worn and coming unglued so I brought it in to be repaired before more damaged was done. I was told that it would be glued together and reinforced with some stitching. Upon picking up my bag a week later, I examined the work. I could not believe my eyes!! It was not glued well and stitching was poorly done. When I asked the employee about the work, he replied, "We didn't glue all the way through because we wouldn't be able to sew that area. " When asked about their poor, uneven, crooked stitching, he replied, "That is the best we can do. What do you expect when you have to stitch free-hand?" He didn't take the time to apologize or look at me. He looked upset and brushed off and went to the back of the store where repairs were done. I paid over $22.50+tax and left the store feeling robbed. I have worked in the alteration shop and know that heavy duty industrial sewing machine can handle a simple job
