Horrible customer service both on the phone and at the branches. I've never have a good experience with them. DO NOT apply from a loan from them. They will use automatic draft to draft more than the total loan amount. If you think you can get the money owed to you back, you are wrong! If you sign an agreement for them draft X-amount each month it means they will draft that amount even if your loan is paid off! It seems easy for them to take you money, but good luck ever getting it back. Be sure you have plenty of time to take off work fighting with these people at their main branch...but only during working hours. This is the only financial institution that I know of that isn't open during convenient hours. I will NEVER recommend these people to anyone.\r \r Edit: After visiting the downtown branch, I closed my account, stopped payment on the automatic draft, and picked up my car title. One month later, my bank is still being drafted the loan amount! AGAIN! The loan has been paid off, the title is in my hand, I have no accounts with them. How can they still draft money that is not due to them? They say I can't even get a refund because they money is in ""limbo"". It doesn't exist. My account is short the money, but it doesn't exist? Two months in a row they have drafted money that isn't due to them. Talking to accounting in person and on the phone doesn't stop it. Pros: None. Cons: Customer service, hours of operation, employees could care less if you're happy with their business or not...
