I probably dodged a bullet by not becoming a tenant there - should have listened to the reviews! CR O'Neil took my application fee and then *conveniently* the apartment I had applied for was no longer available. We were out $40 and had to look for another apartment at the very last minute. So stressful and not worth the phone call I had to endure with the woman at the office. She was so nice and accommodating while taking my money, but once there was a problem she turned nasty!
