The AT&T (now Cingular) store does not provide any time advantage over trying to negotiate their phone support. In fact, they will tell you in the store that there are deals you can get online or over the phone that they cannot give in the store. How crazy is that? The store is somewhat spartan, with various phone models around the periphery of the room. They are surprisingly lacking in accessories. They advertise specials that are available to new customers only. The waits are interminable, even for something as simple as getting a new SIM card. We ventured into this location with the hope of understanding our plan and possible converting to a family plan. The employees seemed to have stock answers to our questions without any real understanding of what they were saying. Unfortunately, it seems that Cingular/AT&T are about the best there is out there...I would highly recommend only dealing with them over the phone. PROS: Local (you can get your phone that day) CONS: Terrible serv
