I read a lot of negative reviews about Women's First Heath (Buffalo Grove location) but decided to try them anyway because they are so close to my house. I decided I would go with a good attitude and figured I would not have any of the problems previously mentioned. Well, my mistake for not listening to the unbiased public. First, the receptionist is a little rough and abrupt. Then she asked me to use the restroom before I was given a room, so I had to bring my coat and purse in the bathroom with me (this is unhygienic to me). 45 mins later, I finally went to a room. I was telling the PA/nurse a medication that I was allergic to, and she asked ME how to spell it. Once Dr. Eisenberg came in room, he seemed relaxed at first. I was telling him about some concerns I had about possibly having PCOS. Throughout our conversation, he became more abrupt and anxious to get to the exam. He talked to me the whole time as if I was stupid for asking questions and his demeanor was very derogatory. I h
