However, after reading the online complaints they are really a scam.\r The Owner RICK. Stands overly confident that he is versed in all aspects of sales, but the fact is he is a good information provider, but lacks in integrity, principles. I was promised a 3 day training based on my experience. and a guaranteed salary of $500 until they get me going. However, after I began I spent the first day role playing which is the learning process of doing a home visit. I cold tell that by the process he didn't know what he would say next and did it by the seat of his pants. I felt that he spoke only to hear himself talk. Or because he liked the sound of his own voice. The manager in training who was the other expert didn't know anything either. So we spent the day at the training manager's home doing a training demo. My total time investment for this day was 7 hours.\r Th
