My name is Rick Hogue, and I am the owner of Paradise Decks and Spas. I take great pride in taking care of our customers. If you check our rating with the BBB, you'll see we maintain an A or A- rating at all times. We generally have no more than 7 complaints in a 36 month period (out of approximately 4,000 jobs built in that time period!) and that all complaints have been satisfactorily resolved. Since I don't know who posts complaints on the internet web sites, it's hard to act on them. However, please call me at 496-3325 if you have a legitimate complaint.
