I've never had a good experience at this vet. They've misdiagnosed my cat several times, and had me pay 2000 bucks for an unecessary surgery that ultimately killed her. 3 years later, they still get her papers confused with my other cat's. They still send me post cards that she's due for shots. And I've been in 3 times where I've seen them physcially make a note that she's dead. They are so disorganized and cold. I recommend looking elsewhere.
