Review content:
I agree w/Kearby and the others who assessed the vets as excellent, but the front desk staff as inefficient, clueless, with poor customer service skills. I have taken my dogs there about 3 times since moving to Houston 2 years ago. I have made appointments, but have been left standing at the desk for up to 20 minutes while they looked for my appointment information and records, then told to wait for a vet for another 20-30 min., then waited another 15 min. to check out - most of the time with the number of front desk staff outnumbering waiting (or exiting) patients. No one greets you when you come in. No one gives you a straight answer about billing, and, yes, I have received lectures about the importance of appointments and medical information, when I have provided both well ahead of time. I only go there because they are a bit less than other vets in the area, but the time and aggravation is no longer worth the few dollars saved.
