I wouldn't recommend them at all. We scheduled an appointment on Saturday for Tuesday at 7:00. I told them exactly where we lived and even emailed a map previously. Also I explained that to meet at that time I would have to take off of work. 5 minutes before the appointment they called to say I was outside of their service range. I had two lose 2 hours worth of work. If they had bothered to call even a couple hours earlier I could have kept that time. This is incredibly irresponsible and completely disrespectful.\r

Through the entire process they were very poor at getting back with us through email or phone. Also they had called a few weeks earlier to come out the same day which would have been great for us as we weren't working that day, but never showed up. Later they had said they were having voicemail problems, but after the most recent blow off I really doubt it was anything else other then their incompetence.
